tenancy management team
The Tenancy Management Team has recently developed into two specialist teams: Tenancy Services Team and Tenancy Enforcement Support Team. The aim is to provide a more responsive and flexible service.
The development of these teams will help build upon new and existing partnerships with other organisations; create more opportunities for residents to be involved and to work to create safer environments.
tenancy services team
Members of the Tenancy Services Team concentrate on the day-to-day management of specific areas dealing with issues such as mutual exchanges, assignments, transfers, low level nuisance, welcome visits and estate inspections.
They also focus on developing relationships with key representatives on estates to ensure quality services are being delivered. New ways of working are also being developed with London Borough of Bromley to help eliminate environmental crime, identify graffiti hotspots, tackle fly-tipping and remove abandoned vehicles.
Within this team we are also co-ordinating our work in dealing with the physical, economic and social regeneration of some of the most disadvantaged estates.
Consulting with our residents on major works helps to ensure that the residents’ feedback is used to help shape our future plans. The team also work closely with Federation of Broomleigh in carrying out a major audit and review of Residents’ Associations and community centres and facilities to make sure there is maximum involvement from our local communities.

tenancy enforcement support team
This team targets anti social behaviour, nuisance, harassment, racial harassment and domestic violence.
They work with various partners, including the police, gathering evidence to help deal effectively with the perpetrators of anti-social behaviour as well as providing support to victims.
The team uses initiatives such as ABCs (Acceptable Behavioural Contract) and is an active partner in the Council's Community Safety Partnership. In addition, the team audits incidents of crime and anti social behaviour to identify where resources are needed and help reduce the fear of crime, improve confidence in the community and ensure that our estates are safer places to live.
